MAGIC Sanger Sequence Viewer

MAGIC Sequence Viewer allows the view of base calls, phred scores, and 6-frame translations for traditional EST sequences. One can download selected data in fasta format and BLAST search NCBI databases with individual sequences. Library discriptions can be found here

MAGIC Sanger GeneDiscovery

MAGIC GeneDiscovery allows the user to explore assemblies of traditional ESTs (read alignments, BLAST-based annotations etc.), explore SNPs, 3'/5' EST content of contigs, standalone BLAST query/visualization, AT/GC content

NG-MAGIC Sanger-454 hybrid GeneDiscovery

NG-MAGIC GeneDiscovery is an extension of MAGIC GeneDiscovery that allows exporation of very large, hybrid sanger-454 assemblies

Local Blast

Blast to Consensus Sequences allows the user to enter sequences that may be Blasted against the set of EST consensus sequence assemblies for all species included in the Ancestral Angiosperm Project (Amborella trichopoda, Aristolochia fimbriata, Liriodendron tulipifera, Nuphar advena, Persea americana, Saruma henryi, and Zamia vazquezii).
